Zero Balance? Bank of America Online And Mobile Banking Hit By Widespread Glitch

Customers across the US are experiencing problems accessing their Bank of America accounts on Wednesday, with thousands reporting issues with online and mobile banking services.

Downdetector, a website that tracks service outages, showed a significant spike in reports starting around 10 a.m. Many users see zero balances in their accounts or encounter error messages when logging in.

Frustrated customers have taken to social media to voice their concerns and seek assistance. Some report being unable to view recent transactions or transfer funds.
