While sidewalks on both sides of the street will remain open during construction, street parking in this area will be temporarily unavailable. Business signage will be strategically placed to guide patrons to their destinations.

Visitors are encouraged to utilize the TECO Line Streetcar as a convenient and eco-friendly transportation option to Ybor City during the construction period.

The use of authentic historic bricks will reinforce the area’s rich heritage and allow both residents and visitors to experience the city’s past in a more tangible way.
