CLEARWATER, Fla. – Clearwater Fire & Rescue, along with Clearwater Police and other agencies, responded to a yacht fire shortly before 5 a.m.
The fire occurred west of Coachman Park and north of the Memorial Causeway bridge.

Two Clearwater residents aboard the yacht were safely rescued by a nearby boat. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
