Perhaps nothing except the erasure of the nation\u2019s southern border illustrates Biden\u2019s vision for the U.S. like the pending graduation ceremony at Chapman University in California.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make that ceremonies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the Young America\u2019s Foundation, Chapman U is promoting \u201ccultural graduation ceremonies\u201d in order to \u201ccelebrate the dedication and resilience of students from communities traditionally underrepresented in postsecondary education who persist through graduation at Chapman University.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCeremonies provide a time to acknowledge the strengths developed, obstacles overcome, and community of support that developed during the students\u2019 time at Chapman University,\u201d the school\u2019s website says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cultural graduations \u201ctraditionally celebrated\u201d at Chapman include: APIDA (Asian American, Pacific Islander, and Desi American, which seems to refer to people of south Asian heritage born in the U.S) graduation; Black graduation; Disability graduation; Latinx graduation; and Lavender graduation (for LGBTQ students).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those events are scheduled for the end of July and first part of August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s unclear what event heterosexual, white students are supposed to attend, presuming there are any at Chapman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, the school\u2019s Cross-Cultural Center promises to open students\u2019 eyes in another way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With \u201cAll Gender Restroom Day.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The day, the school\u2019s website says, \u201cis an educational event that aims to challenge the campus community to think beyond the binary, gendered structure of most restrooms. All Gender Restroom Day transforms multiple, gendered restrooms on campus into ones which any person, regardless of gender identity and\/or expression, will be able to use for that day.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What could possibly go wrong?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the YAF website, one commenter, apparently a Chapman U student, wrote, \u201cThe vast majority of the Chapman student body opposes these kinds of things. It’s an annoyingly loud minority that promotes this nonsense and we all hate them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Again, welcome to Joe Biden\u2019s America \u2013 where segregation means unity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
