<\/a>HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. <\/strong>– A Plant City woman was arrested for DUI and driving without a valid license after a wrong-way crash on State Road 39 early Christmas morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n The crash occurred at approximately 2:30 a.m. on December 25, 2024. A Dodge Grand Caravan, driven by Flor Tulia Perez Roblero, 45, of Plant City, was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of SR-39.<\/p>\n\n\n\n READ: Spring Hill Man Dies In Christmas Morning Crash In Pasco County<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n As the roadway transitioned into a divided highway north of Knights Griffin Road, Perez Roblero failed to stay to the right and collided nearly head-on with a Kia Sorento driven by a 68-year-old woman from Zephyrhills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Both drivers sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to area hospitals for treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n READ: Pasco Deputies Investigate Shooting Over Possible Stolen Vehicle In Crystal Springs<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n An investigation revealed that Perez Roblero was driving under the influence. She provided a breath sample registering a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.108, above the legal limit of 0.08. Authorities also determined that Perez Roblero did not have a valid driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n FHP Troopers later arrested Perez Roblero on charges of DUI involving injury and driving without a valid license.
