12 Cities, 12 Months, 1.2 Million in impact to remove barriers, create opportunities and place more women in Power
ORLANDO, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES, April 13, 2023/EINPresswire.com/ — The Women in Power Campaign, a new initiative aimed at promoting women’s equity in leadership positions, is launching today in Orlando. The campaign aims at increasing the representation of women in leadership positions across all sectors by removing barriers, creating opportunities, and paving the way for more women in power.
The goal of The Women in Power campaign is to bring together a community of individuals who share a vision of a world where women have equal access to opportunities for leadership advancement and decision-making roles in both the public and private sectors.
Research shows that organizations and companies with diverse leadership teams outperform those without. Moreover, gender equity in leadership has a ripple effect on society. By placing more women in leadership roles, The Women In Power Campaign aims to create a more equitable and just world for everyone and ultimately a world where talent and skills are valued over gender, and where opportunities are available to all.
The campaign is organized by the Intuitive Solutions Foundation, a charitable organization on a mission to remove barriers to creating social good. Alongside various organizations and individuals who are passionate about promoting women’s leadership, the Foundation aims to promote gender equity in leadership and highlight the value that diverse leadership teams bring to the world.

The Women in Power campaign will visit 12 Cities in 12 Months raising 1.2M with Hasanah.org for local and national organizations that align with the campaign’s mission of removing barriers, creating opportunities, and placing more women in power. The campaign launches in Orlando, FL along with collaborating partners such as Muslim Women’s Organization, The Muslim Public Affairs Council, Rabata, Masa Fund, Bayan Islamic Graduate School, Ibn Haldun University, and Embrace.
The Women in Power Campaign is calling on individuals and organizations to join the movement and support women’s equity in leadership. There are various ways to get involved, including sharing stories of women who have succeeded in leadership positions, offering mentorship and coaching to aspiring female leaders, and advocating for policies that promote gender equity.
