TAMPA, Fla. – The Tampa Police Department is conducting a homicide investigation at the Silver Oak Apartments, located at 4200 Kenneth Court.
According to police, on Wednesday, at approximately 8:50 p.m., officers responded to the Silver Oaks Apartments in reference to a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located an adult female victim who had suffered a gunshot wound. She was transported to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Detectives are investigating what appears to be multiple shootings that occurred last night at the apartment complex.
“They are conducting interviews with witnesses and reviewing surveillance video from the nearby area. The investigation is ongoing,” said TPD.
