The University of North Carolina fraternity brothers who defended the American flag during a pro-Hamas rally on campus are planning a major “rager” funded by donations topping $500,000.
The pro-America bros will host Flagstock 2024 on Labor Day, and it will be free to all invited guests.
“These great young guys defended our flag and created a unifying national cultural moment,” John Noonan, a military veteran and Republican political consultant, told the Daily Wire.
“Everyone in America wanted to thank these fine young patriots. On Labor Day, we will get to do just that.”
The students came to prominence on social media in late April when pro-Hamas protesters at UNC ripped down the American flag on the campus’s main quad and raised a Palestinian flag in its place.
UNC Chancellor Lee Roberts soon appeared with a police escort, removed the leftists’ flag, and again raised the Stars and Stripes.
The protesters moved in for another attempt to tear down the flag.
Then, the fraternity brothers surrounded the flagpole, held up the flag so it wouldn’t touch the ground, and began singing the National Anthem.
For more than an hour, they endured the leftists tossing water bottles, rocks, sticks, and insults at them.
In response, Noonan kicked off a massive fundraiser for the students by sharing a link to a GoFundMe account created for them.

The account was headlined: “Pi Kappa Phi Men Defended their Flag. Throw ’em a Rager.”
The description of the fundraiser noted: “Commie losers across the country have invaded college campuses to make dumb demands of weak University Administrators. But amidst the chaos, the screaming, the anti-semitism, the hatred of faith and flag, stood a platoon of American heroes.”
“Armored in Vineyard Vines and Patagonia, fueled by Zyn and White Claws, these triumphant Brohemians protected Old Glory from the unwashed Marxist horde — laughing at their shrieks and wails and shielding the Stars & Stripes from Soviet missiles. These boys … no, men, of the UNC Chapel Hill Pi Kappa Phi, gave the best to America and now they deserve the best.”
The GoFundMe account was closed after just a few days and generated $515,517.
The Daily Wire reported that Noonan created a group called Pints for Patriots to pull off the rager. His group says that it will “ensure every cent of donor dollars goes to throwing these fine young Americans the epic rager they earned.”
“Thank you to Americans of all stripes for their support,” Noonan said. “Done right, it will truly be ‘one for the ages’ — and will inspire Americans all over again.”
Country music star John Rich has been tapped to line up the talent for the rager, details of which can be found at Flagstock.live.
