WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – Highway 17 is currently shut down in both directions in Winter Haven in the area of the entrance of Home Depot and the Travel Inn.

The City of Winter Haven is advising drivers to seek alternate routes for north and southbound travel for approximately 25 minutes.

“We could say a lot about improper parking, but a vehicle is precariously perched on guy wires,” said the Winter Haven Public Safety Department.
