WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – The Winter Haven Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a man involved in a road rage incident where he allegedly pointed a firearm at another driver. The incident occurred on February 12, 2025, at approximately 11:56 AM at the intersection of Unity Way and Avenue M NW.

According to police, the suspect, apparently frustrated by the victim allowing pedestrians to cross the street, pulled up next to the victim’s vehicle and pointed a black and silver handgun at them.

He then sped away from the scene.

Investigators obtained video footage showing the suspect leaving the Publix parking lot shortly before the incident. The man is described as having long brown hair and multiple tattoos on both arms. He was wearing what appears to be an Oktoberfest shirt and jeans. He was driving a 2024 Subaru Forester Wilderness.
