WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – Winter Haven Detectives are still asking anyone who has seen 36-year-old Jose Orlando Morales Soto to call the police immediately.
“It’s been eight days and concerns grow as each day passes,” said Winter Haven Police PIO, Jamie Brown.
On May 20 at approximately 11 a.m., he left his Cambridge Dr residence after a dispute with family members.
Police say that he left the residence in a gray 2017 Toyota Sienna with FL Tag: IL39EG.
“His phone pinged in Osceola County that same day, however it went off later in the day,” said Brown.
“His family and authorities are concerned for his well being due to statements he made when he left the residence,” Brown added.
