WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – Winter Haven Police investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying the name of the person in the sketch above.
On August 27, 2022, at approximately 11 p.m., a female was at Trailhead Park feeding cats in the area as she commonly does.
As she walked back to her car, she was approached by a Hispanic man who placed something against her back as he pushed her against her vehicle. The male began cutting off her shirt from the back and physically attacked the woman. He then walked off while laughing.

The woman told investigators that she saw the man there on August 25 while she was feeding the cats and he asked her for assistance over to a bench because he couldn’t see.
