NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. – Pasco County Sheriff’s Office (PSO) detectives are renewing their call for information in the homicide of 72-year-old Edmund “Jack” Foisy, which occurred on February 28, 2024, in the Jerome Drive area of New Port Richey.
Foisy was last seen alive and in good health around 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. He was discovered deceased inside his residence on Jerome Drive at approximately 5:27 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2024.
In an effort to generate new leads, Foisy’s family has waived their Marsy’s Law protections, granting the PSO permission to release his name and details.
