A Wells Fargo employee, Denise Prudhomme, 60, was found dead at her desk four days after clocking in for her shift at the company’s Tempe office.
Prudhomme was last seen entering the building on August 16th and was not discovered until August 20th when security found her unresponsive.
Wells Fargo has expressed its condolences to Prudhomme’s family and is reviewing its safety and wellness procedures.

Employees have raised concerns about the delay in discovering Prudhomme’s body, citing 24/7 security presence and a foul odor that was dismissed as faulty plumbing.
Wells Fargo clarified that they prioritized notifying Prudhomme’s family before informing employees. The cause of death is still pending.
