POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A man wanted on multiple active warrants is now in custody following a weekend attack involving a beer bottle.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office was actively searching for 20-year-old Charles Seth Rosa, who has five active warrants in Polk County, including Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Burglary, Driving under the Influence (DUI), Driving While License Suspended/Revoked (DWLSR), and Failure to Appear for Resisting.
Over the weekend, the man was arrested after attacking another man with a beer bottle.
According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, on Saturday, Haines City Police responded to a disturbance call where Charles Seth Rosa was observed striking another man with a beer bottle.

The officer, who recognized Rosa by his distinctive “bowl haircut” and neck tattoo, pursued Rosa on foot after he fled the scene.
Rosa was apprehended and taken into custody. He faces charges for battery and resisting arrest, in addition to five outstanding Polk County warrants.
