Vermont Woman Killed In Florida Crash

PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – A Vermont woman was killed in a crash that happened on Sunday at around 4:46 pm in Pinellas County, Florida.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, a Nissan SUV, driven by a 29-year-old Marlboro, Vermont woman, was stopped eastbound at a stop sign on 110th Avenue North.

Troopers say a Chevy Silverado, driven by a 25-year-old Clearwater man, was traveling northbound on 113th Street North.

At the intersection of the two roadways, the Nissan entered the path and was struck by Cheny. 

The Chevy overturned on the roadway’s shoulder while the Nissan came to a stop on the southbound grass embankment. 

The Vermont woman suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash, while driver Chvey suffered serious injuries and was transported to an area hospital.
