In a recent operation, U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) forces successfully eliminated an Iranian-backed Houthi ground control station located in a Houthi-controlled region of Yemen.
The strike took place within the last 24 hours, according to USCENTCOM.
The decision to neutralize this ground control station was made after it was identified as a direct and immediate threat to U.S. and coalition forces, as well as merchant vessels operating in the area.
