TAMPA, Fla. – The Tampa Police Department has released the identity of the victim who died in a shooting on Tuesday afternoon. Jessie Dorce, 31, succumbed to his injuries at the hospital after being shot near the 2600 block of East 28th Avenue.
The shooting, which occurred shortly before 12:40 p.m. on February 18th, injured three other males. One victim remains hospitalized in stable condition, while the other two have been released.

Detectives are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting. They believe the incident was targeted and that there is no ongoing threat to the community.
