In a swift and decisive operation within the last 24 hours, U.S. Central Command forces successfully eliminated three Iranian-backed Houthi uncrewed aerial vehicles and two missile systems located in a Houthi-controlled region of Yemen.

These systems were deemed to pose a direct and immediate danger to U.S. and coalition forces, as well as commercial ships navigating the area.

The U.S. Central Command took these measures to ensure the safety and security of international waters, safeguarding the freedom of navigation for all vessels, including those belonging to the U.S., coalition partners, and merchant fleets.
