PALM HARBOR, Fla. – A two-vehicle crash at the intersection of US-19 and Lake Tarpon Drive in Palm Harbor resulted in minor injuries for both drivers and two children on Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 5:00 p.m. when a Toyota RAV4, driven by a 45-year-old Palm Harbor woman, was traveling southbound on US-19 and attempted to turn left onto Lake Tarpon Drive. The Toyota turned into the path of a northbound Ford Fusion, driven by a 35-year-old Palm Harbor woman, resulting in a collision.

After the impact, the Toyota traveled onto the east shoulder and overturned, while the Ford Fusion continued north and struck a light pole on the east shoulder.
Both drivers and two minors who were passengers in the Ford Fusion sustained minor injuries in the crash. They were all transported to local hospitals for treatment.
The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
