HERNANDO COUNTY, FL – Two tractor-trailers collided on southbound Interstate 75 in Hernando County, causing one to overturn, but resulting in no injuries. The accident occurred near mile marker 297.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, both vehicles were traveling southbound, adjacent to each other. The first truck was in the center lane, and the second truck was in the outside lane. Near the 297-milepost, the first truck entered the outside lane and collided with the second truck.

The impact caused the second truck to come to a stop in the outside emergency lane. The first truck came to rest in the outside travel lane, with the cab of the truck overturning.
Both drivers reported no injuries following the crash.
