ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Two St. Petersburg Police Officers received suspensions in two separate cases.
On September 8th, 2022, Chief Anthony Holloway convened a Command Review Board to review the DUI arrest of Officer Cody Csendom on November 22, 2021. The Board sustained the complaint of Conviction or Guilt of a Felony or Misdemeanor.
According to investigators, on November 22, 2021, at 2:21 a.m., Officer Cody Csendom was driving his own vehicle and crashed into a power pole in Hillsborough County. He was subsequently arrested by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Driving Under the Influence.

In a separate case, between September 20, 2021, through March 20, 2022, there were documented instances when Officer Brandon Bill claimed time spent traveling to and from work as on-duty time.

Bill, who has been with the department since November of 2008, will receive a 250-hour suspension without pay, his accrued vacation balance will be deducted for the approximate 100 hours of time he did not properly code in the City’s payroll system.
