While the investigation did not uncover any weapons or specific targets, the nature of the online conversation prompted swift action from law enforcement. The 15-year-old was charged with written threats to kill, and the other juvenile, whose age and location were not disclosed, faces similar charges in their respective county.
Authorities emphasized that there is no current threat to any Pasco County schools. This incident serves as a reminder for parents and guardians to discuss the serious consequences of making any kind of threat, even in jest, as it can lead to legal repercussions.
