BRADENTON, Fla. – The Bradenton Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying two men who burglarized a home in the 4800 block of 11th Avenue Circle E. at approximately 2:13 AM on Monday, June 27, 2022.
The burglary was reported just after 7 AM the same day by the son of the recently deceased homeowner.
Surveillance video from inside the residence, and provided to responding officers, indicates two men wearing medical gloves and masks forced their way into the residence through a sliding patio door, obscured the video of home security cameras, and stole small electronic devices and several silver bars.
Approximately 30 minutes later, a gold, champagne-colored Volvo SUV was taken from a home on the same street. The Volvo followed a second vehicle, a silver sedan, which is also believed to be involved. The SUV was seen at approximately 3:15 AM traveling southbound in the 2600 block of 1st Street W.
The suspects appear to be Black or Hispanic males, approximately 18-26 years old, 5’9”-5’10”.
