Two Arrested In Stock Island Drug Bust; Fentanyl, Cocaine And Prescription Drugs Seized

MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – Two Stock Island residents are facing a slew of serious drug charges following a major narcotics bust by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office on Friday.

Timothy Scott Farmer, 54, and Jerneen Nicole Green, 50, were arrested after a search warrant was executed at a residence on 11th Avenue by the Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Unit and SWAT Team members. The operation was part of an ongoing investigation into suspected drug trafficking activities.

Authorities said the search turned up a significant cache of illegal narcotics and drug paraphernalia, including:

  • 34 ounces of a cocaine mixture
  • 12.5 grams of fentanyl
  • 56 grams of codeine
  • 7.5 grams of powder cocaine
  • 0.5 grams of crack cocaine
  • 0.5 grams of Oxycodone Hydrochloride tablets
  • A variety of other prescription medications

Detectives also discovered equipment commonly used in drug sale and manufacturing operations, such as digital scales, empty baggies, measuring cups, and utensils — many of which contained traces of cocaine.

Farmer and Green were both charged with:

  • Trafficking fentanyl
  • Trafficking cocaine
  • Trafficking hydrocodone
  • Possession of cocaine
  • Possession of a controlled substance
  • Possession of a harmful new drug legend
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
