RIVERVIEW, Fla. – Two suspects were arrested in Riverview early Wednesday morning after being caught attempting to burglarize vehicles.

Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of suspicious activity near 11000 Whisper Creek Drive around 3:06 a.m.

With assistance from the Aviation Section, deputies located two individuals, identified as 28-year-old James Little and 29-year-old Michala Cash, hiding in bushes near the scene.

Both Little and Cash were arrested and charged with Loitering or Prowling and Possession of Burglary Tools.



“Thanks to great teamwork, our deputies stopped these suspects from breaking into cars,” said Sheriff Chad Chronister. “We are here to protect our community and their property and anyone attempting to disrupt that peace will be held accountable.”
