President-elect Donald Trump added a comedic touch to the unfolding mystery of drone sightings across New Jersey and neighboring states by sharing a meme targeting former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie.
The meme, posted Saturday on Trump’s Truth Social and X accounts, depicted drones delivering McDonald’s to Christie, a frequent critic of Trump.

Th jab comes amid ongoing public concern over reports of “SUV-sized” drones near sensitive military locations. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issued temporary flight restrictions on November 18 in parts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania after the sightings were first reported.
Notably, one restricted area includes the airspace around Trump’s Bedminster golf club.
Similar drone sightings have also been reported in Connecticut, southeastern Pennsylvania, and other parts of the Northeast, raising questions about their origin and purpose. Calls for government transparency on the issue have grown louder as the mystery deepens.

Trump addressed the situation more seriously on Friday in a Truth Social post, questioning the government’s knowledge of the incidents:
“Mystery Drone sightings all over the Country. Can this really be happening without our government’s knowledge. I don’t think so! Let the public know, and now. Otherwise, shoot them down!!!”
The president-elect’s remarks and meme come as officials continue investigating the sightings, which have sparked speculation and unease across the region.
