Swing states are once again proving pivotal in this election cycle, as polling results for Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump fluctuate.
A recent Quinnipiac University poll out of Georgia shows Trump pulling ahead, garnering 50% of the vote compared to Harris’ 44% among 942 likely voters, well beyond the poll’s margin of error.
Libertarian candidate Chase Oliver and independents Cornel West and Claudia de la Cruz each received 1% of the vote.
Key issues like the economy and immigration remain significant obstacles for Harris in Georgia. The poll shows 53% of voters believe Trump would handle these issues better. Trump also holds a 52% advantage over Harris on foreign policy, compared to her 46%.
In Pennsylvania, the race remains tightly contested.
An Emerson College Polling/RealClearPennsylvania survey shows both Trump and Harris with 48% support, although 50% of voters expect Harris to win.

On financial matters, 51% of respondents believe Trump is the stronger candidate, with 44% favoring Harris. The economy is the top concern for 50% of voters, with 60% feeling their financial situation is worse than five years ago.
Fracking, a key issue in Pennsylvania, sees 50% of voters trusting Trump more, while 39% trust Harris.
