President Donald J. Trump announced Tuesday the appointment of a new group of advisors to the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board (PIAB).
The board, composed of a diverse and experienced group of individuals, will provide critical guidance to the President on national security matters and ensure that the Intelligence Community aligns with the administration’s America First agenda.
In a statement released by the White House, President Trump emphasized the importance of restoring integrity and trust within the Intelligence Community.

“These distinguished and trusted patriots bring a wealth of experience and intellect to the table,” the President said. “Their leadership will help ensure that our nation’s intelligence efforts are focused on protecting the American people and advancing our national interests.”
The newly appointed members of the PIAB include prominent figures from various fields, including politics, national security, and business. The board will be chaired by Devin Gerald Nunes, a former U.S. Congressman and CEO of Trump Media & Technology Group, who has been a staunch ally of the President. Other notable appointees include:
- Scott Glabe: A seasoned national security expert with extensive experience in intelligence and defense.
- Amaryllis Fox Kennedy: A former CIA officer and author known for her expertise in counterterrorism and global security.
- Brad Robert Wenstrup: A U.S. Congressman and Army Reserve officer with a background in military medicine and national defense.
- Reince Priebus: Former White House Chief of Staff and Republican National Committee Chairman.
- Robert O’Brien: Former National Security Advisor under President Trump.
- Katie Miller: A communications strategist and former advisor to Vice President Mike Pence.
- Thomas Ollis Hicks, Jr.: A businessman and co-chairman of the Republican National Committee.

The full list of appointees also includes Wayne Berman, Joshua Lobel, Sander R. Gerber, Jeremy Katz, and Thomas Ollis Hicks, Jr., each bringing unique expertise to the board.
The PIAB is an independent body within the Executive Office of the President tasked with providing the President with objective, expert advice on the effectiveness of the Intelligence Community. The board evaluates the quality, scope, and coordination of intelligence activities and ensures that intelligence efforts are aligned with national security priorities.
President Trump’s appointees are expected to focus on enhancing the efficiency and accountability of the Intelligence Community while addressing emerging threats to U.S. security. Their work will also involve reviewing intelligence operations to ensure they support the administration’s America First policies.
