RUSKIN, Fla. – Three teenagers were arrested early Monday morning in Ruskin after a resident reported them attempting to break into vehicles.

At approximately 3:16 a.m. on March 3, 2025, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a 911 call about suspicious activity in a Ruskin neighborhood. The caller reported seeing three individuals trying to open car doors.

Deputies quickly established a perimeter with the assistance of the Aviation and K9 units. The suspects were observed discarding stolen items in a wooded area before running into a nearby residence.

Deputies made contact with the residents of the home and identified the suspects as 15-year-old Levi Rogers, 14-year-old TJ Harwell, and 17-year-old Noa Clark. All three were arrested and charged with Burglary of an Unoccupied Vehicle.

“Our Aviation and K9 Sections played a crucial role in tracking these individuals and ensuring a swift arrest,” said Sheriff Chad Chronister. “This is another example of our commitment to keeping Hillsborough County safe. Criminal activity will not be tolerated in our community.”
