While deputies were investigating the initial incident, 49-year-old Brandon Weaver of Davenport repeatedly interrupted them, demanding to leave because his vehicle was blocked by a patrol car. Despite being warned multiple times to stop interfering, Weaver continued to argue and was eventually arrested and placed in a patrol car. He was charged with resisting arrest.
