A horrifying incident unfolded on Long Island today when a minivan slammed into a nail salon, leaving a trail of devastation. According to Lieutenant Kevin Heissenbuttel of the Suffolk County Fire Department, four people were killed and nine others injured in the crash.
The incident occurred at approximately 4:40 p.m. at the Hawaii Nail & Spa store. The minivan reportedly careened into the salon, coming to a rest inside the building.
All casualties were patrons or employees who were present at the time of the crash.

“The cause of the accident is under investigation,” Lt. Heissenbuttel said, “and it’s not yet clear whether it was intentional or accidental.”pen_spark
Emergency responders rushed to the scene, tending to the injured and securing the area. The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
This tragic event has left the Deer Park community reeling. Local authorities are expected to release more information as the investigation progresses.
