Gisele Bündchen is apparently ready to move on from Tom Brady — but not move too far away.

The New York Post’s Page Six reported on Thursday that Gisele bought an $11.5 million mansion in Miami Beach that sits directly across a creek from Brady’s place.

The one-time supermodel, as the Post reported, “splurged on a stunning five-bedroom, 6,600-square-foot home that has a nearly direct view of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback’s under-construction manse on Indian Creek Island.”

The Post’s account continued, “Brady’s in-the-works mansion has a waterfront view of Biscayne Bay, while Bündchen’s new home is in Surfside, almost directly across the narrow waterway also known as Indian Creek.”

An unnamed source told the Post, “You could literally swim from Gisele’s place to Tom’s — not that they would — but both homes will include a dock, so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other.”

The Post noted that Gisele’s new home has 25-foot ceilings, “numerous” terraces, and a view of Indian Creek Island. In addition to five bedrooms, it features seven bathrooms, a large outdoor pool, home theater, an office, a gym, a playroom, and an eat-in kitchen that leads to a patio.

Across the creek, on Indian Creek Island, a spot also known as the “Billionaire Bunker” whose residents include Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, Brady is building his own mansion. The Post noted that Brady has torn down the nearly 5,800-square-foot home he and Gisele, who divorced last month, bought in December 2020 for $17 million and is replacing it with an “eco-friendly mansion.”

The Post further noted that Gisele is living in Miami until her new home is renovated.

Earlier this year she also bought a three-bedroom, three-bath, Art Deco-style cottage that sits a half-mile from her new mansion, according to the Post. That will be used as an office or maybe a staff residence.
