Three Spring Hill Residents Killed in Overnight Car Crash

SPRING HILL, Fla. – According to Florida Highway Patrol, a crash that occurred on County Line Road at Grand Club Drive claimed the life of three Spring Hill residents.

Troopers say a 90-year-old Spring Hill man attempted to make a u-turn on County Line Road at the intersection of Grand Club Drive, and in the path of a car driven by a 21-year-old Spring Hill man, when they collided.

The driver, 90, from Spring Hill and rear seat passenger, an 82-year-old woman from Spring Hill, were transported to the hospital but died from injuries sustained in the crash. The front seat passenger, a 95-year-old Spring Hill woman, died at the scene of the crash.

The 21-year-old driver sustained only minor injuries and had no passengers in his vehicle.
