TAMPA, FL. – Three people were shot overnight at a Tampa bowling alley, according to police.
Tampa Police Department PIO Jamel Lanee’ said that officers responded to a shooting at Pin Chasers located at 4847 N. Armenia Ave. just after 11 p.m. Sunday evening.
As units arrived on the scene, a vehicle was seen fleeing the area at a high rate of speed.
Officers made contact with the vehicle and its two occupants at St. Joseph’s Hospital ER. Both had been shot and suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
A firearm was located on one of the occupants and another was located in the vehicle.
A third person was located inside the bowling alley with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound and taken to the hospital.
The investigation into these shootings is underway and we will update this story as more details are released.
