A man and woman have been arrested in Tennessee for allegedly assaulting a tow truck driver during a vehicle repossession attempt.
According to the Memphis Police Department, officers responded to a report of an aggravated assault in the 1000 block of Cabana Circle on March 26, 2025, at 7:55 a.m.
Officers found a male victim who was transported to Regional One Hospital in non-critical condition.

The investigation revealed that the victim was a tow truck driver attempting to repossess a 2011 Ford Fusion. While the driver was hooking up his truck to the Fusion, a woman yelled to a man to hurry. The man then got into the Fusion, backed it up, and ran over the victim, who was under the vehicle.
On March 27, 2025, investigators obtained a warrant for the woman, Brandi Revels, charging her with Aggravated Assault.
On March 28, 2025, at 9:50 a.m., Crump Station Task Force Officers located Brandi Revels and the male suspect in the 1000 block of Cabana Circle. Both were taken into custody. The Ford Fusion was found in the 900 block of Oakmont Place and was towed.

Brandi Revels, 27, was charged with Aggravated Assault. Nicholas Wray, 34, was also charged with Aggravated Assault.
