Officers from the Naples Police Department responded to a disturbance at the Coastland Mall on April 6, 2025, involving an assault on an employee dressed as the Easter Bunny.
According to police reports, the 24-year-old female victim, dressed in the Easter Bunny costume, was returning to the break room when she was approached by three juveniles. The juveniles allegedly began to physically assault the victim, pushing, shoving, and pulling at her.

An independent witness provided a sworn statement to investigating officers, confirming the victim’s account of the incident.
Police report that two of the juveniles were arrested for battery (a misdemeanor).
The third juvenile was issued a Juvenile Civil Citation for battery (a misdemeanor).
