NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. – Taylor Pennell has been located and is safe, according to the Pasco Sheriff’s Office.

Taylor Pennell was last seen at her home on Headsail Drive in New Port Richey sometime between 11 p.m. on Saturday, November 17th, and 5:50 a.m. on Sunday, November 18th.

Taylor is 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs approximately 120 pounds, and has blue eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black leggings, and carrying a red backpack.
