Tarpon Springs Police Seeking Hit-And-Run Driver That Crashed Into Bicyclist

TARPON SPRINGS, Fla. – Tarpon Springs Police officers need your help in locating a vehicle after a hit-and-run crash into a bicyclist.

According to police, at approximately 5:10 PM Thursday, the pictured vehicle (a Grey sedan) was involved in a hit-and-run crash near the intersection of E. Orange St. and Levis Ave. in Tarpon Springs.

The victim in this crash was riding a bicycle at the time.

Police say the victim was airlifted to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The victim’s identity will not be released until the next of kin is notified. The vehicle will have damage to the front end, hood, and windshield.

The vehicle fled the scene northbound on Levis Ave.
