TAMPA, FL.- The Tampa Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened at 1701 W Waters Ave. on Thursday morning.
Police say calls reporting shot fired came into the emergency communications center around 2:30 am.
Police learned that shortly before the shots were fired, there was an altercation involving several people.
One person was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
No one is under arrest at this time, but the investigation is ongoing.
