TAMPA, Fla. – Motorists traveling on West Swann Avenue in Tampa should be aware of a lane closure today, March 20, 2025.
Starting at 9:00 AM, the eastbound lane of West Swann Avenue between South West Shore Boulevard and West Swann Avenue South will be closed. The Tampa Water Department is conducting necessary maintenance on the water distribution system.

Barricades and flaggers will be on site to assist with traffic flow and rerouting. Drivers are advised to consider alternate routes to avoid potential delays. Please exercise caution when driving in the area.
Please note that modifications to lane closures may be necessary during the course of the work.
The Tampa Water Department anticipates the maintenance work and return to normal traffic patterns will be completed by 5:00 PM today, Sunday, March 20th.
