During this closure, drivers will need to follow a detour:

  • Continue south on I-75
  • Exit the interstate using Exit 257 (SR 60)

Electronic message boards and signage will be in place to guide motorists through the detour.

Drivers are advised to use caution while traveling through the work zone and to be aware of construction workers in the area.

This temporary closure is necessary to allow crews to perform maintenance work related to the I-75 ramp configuration and interchange modifications from SR 574 (Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard) to I-4 in Hillsborough County.
