TAMPA, Fla. — The Tampa Water Department has announced the closure of the outside southbound right-turn lane on North 34th Street between East Adamo Drive and East 2nd Avenue to repair a water main break.
Barricades and signage have been placed to assist with traffic flow. The lane will reopen daily at 5 p.m. and close again at 8 a.m. the following morning to continue work, with no disruptions scheduled over the weekend. Drivers are advised to consider alternate routes and exercise caution while traveling through the area.

The repairs are expected to be completed, with normal traffic patterns restored, by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, December 24. However, the Tampa Water Department may need to return to the site at a later date for additional work. Updates will be provided as necessary.
