TAMPA, Fla. – Drivers in Tampa should expect delays on East 7th Avenue today as the westbound lane will be closed between North 35th Street and North 36th Street. This closure is due to maintenance work being conducted by the Tampa Water Department.
Barricades and flaggers will be in place to direct traffic. Please drive with caution in the area.

The work is expected to be completed and normal traffic flow restored by 4 p.m. today, weather permitting.
