TAMPA, Fla. – East Chelsea Street between North Taliaferro Avenue and North Nebraska Avenue will be completely closed to traffic starting at 9 AM today, November 11th, due to a water main repair.
Detours will be in place to guide drivers around the closure. The work is expected to be completed by 5 PM on Wednesday, November 13th, weather permitting.
