TAMPA, Fla. – The City of Tampa’s Mobility Operations Division will be resurfacing sections of S. Howard Ave., resulting in temporary road closures:
S. Howard Ave. between W. Platt St. and W. Cleveland St.:
- Closed: Thursday, August 8th, and Friday, August 9th, from 9 am to 2 pm.
S. Howard Ave. between W. Swann Ave. and Platt St.:
- Closed: Wednesday, August 7th, and Thursday, August 8th, from 9 am to 2 pm.

Important Notes:
- Sidewalks: Will remain open during construction.
- Reopening: All lanes will reopen to traffic by 2 pm each day.
- Alternative Routes: The City of Tampa recommends using alternative routes to avoid traffic delays.
