TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa Police are urgently searching for Juliet Spalding-Billingslea, 24, who was last seen on October 30 near her home in the 100 block of S. Moody Ave.

Her family has reported her as missing and endangered, expressing concern over recent statements she has made regarding her well-being.

Juliet is described as 5’4″, weighing approximately 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She may be driving a 2007 black Lincoln MKZ with Florida license plate GKGG08.
