TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa Police are currently on the scene of a bank robbery that occurred at the Grow Financial Federal Credit Union located on North Oregon Avenue.
The incident happened around 2:39 p.m. today when an adult Hispanic female demanded money from a teller. It’s believed she was unarmed at the time.

The suspect was last seen riding a bike northbound on N Oregon Ave. She was described as wearing a white baseball cap with red detailing, a white jacket, a light-colored shirt and shorts, white shoes, and carrying a multi-colored backpack.
Tampa Police Detectives are collaborating with the FBI to locate and arrest the suspect. Anyone with information is urged to call Tampa Police at 813-231-6130.
