TAMPA, Fla. – Body-worn cameras captured the moments leading up to Tampa Police officers rescuing a woman from her kidnapper’s apartment on Sunday. The suspect, 24-year-old Tyre Snead, was taken into custody and charged in this case.
Cheif Brian Dugan said, “I want to thank the men and women of Tampa Police Department for their bravery and doing what we do, every day, to protect the citizens of Tampa.”
