Tampa Police Apprehend Three Suspects Following Armed Carjacking at Shell Gas Station

TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa Police swiftly apprehended three suspects involved in an armed carjacking at the Shell Gas Station located at 5100 Adamo Drive.

The incident occurred at approximately 11:03 a.m., when the suspects, armed with firearms, stole the victim’s 2016 Hyundai. Fortunately, the victim was unharmed.

Within an hour, at approximately 12:18 p.m., Tampa Police officers located the stolen vehicle at the 1900 block of E. Fletcher Avenue.

The three suspects abandoned the vehicle and attempted to flee on foot, but were quickly apprehended at the nearby Bahia Apartments on 2902 Sycamore Court.

The suspects are currently in custody, and charges are pending.
